What an exciting month!

ManChef business has been great; the autumn air has given us the impetus to become involved in new and exciting modalities. Yes, cooking is exciting and we know that you will have fun being a part of our ManChef experience.

So I'm thinking of making salmon pasta tonight for my parents, but I can't find the recipe! I have the recipe for the salmon cubes, maybe that's the one? Also, I don't think I have the recipe for the 'cornflake' crumb salmon. If you have them around, I'd appreciate it if you could send them over.
By the way, I've been making the chicken for friends and family lately, and the response has been fantastic.

For maintaining the bright colour of any vegetable don't forget to put it in ice cold water immediatly after blanching.
