ManChef Cooking School

At the ManChef Center courses are taught by a team of veteran industry chefs, who are all experts in their field and completely invested in the success of their students. We offer small classes and a big emphasis on hands-on practice, our programs give students a comprehensive education in the skills and techniques they need to feel comfortable in the kitchen.

Sear chicken breast
& finish in oven

Chefs sear a piece of meat, poultry, or fish in a pan and then place it in the oven. Not only does this free up burners, it results in a much moister result.
