26, 2011, The Metro Toronto Convention Centre,
Constitution Hall will host Canada's hottest Food
Network Celebrity Chefs including Chef Bobby Flay
for the second annual Chef's
ChallengeTM: The Ultimate Battle
for a Cure.
Manchef is pleased to be a
Culinary Partner of CHEF'S
CHALLENGE in support of Mount
Sinai Hospital.
Over 500 avid
foodies, philanthropic corporations, celebrity
guest judges, Food Network Celebrity Chefs,
invited media along with Bobby Flay will be
attending this unique fundraising initiative.
After the success of last year, and raising over
$1.1 million for lifesaving breast and ovarian
cancer education and research at Mount Sinai
Hospital, Chef's
Challenge TM is positioned as the
premier culinary event in Canada.
The proceeds from this
event will support education and research of
breast and ovarian cancer at Mount Sinai Hospital
by providing sustainable funding to the Samuel
Lunenfeld Research Institute and Marvelle Koffler
Breast Centre of Mount Sinai Hospital. This
funding will sustain the work of the Institutes'
scientists in the hopes of discovering innovative
approaches to prevent, diagnose, and treat breast
and ovarian cancers.
