Build your confidence in the culinary arts with Peter.

ManChef has been developed to help men; women and children learn the foundations of becoming good cooks.

Students learn knife skills, cooking techniques and methods of cookery. Armed with this knowledge, they are able to confidently build on the basics.

You learn from Peter, the classes are hands-on and are tailored to suit all skill levels.

We welcome those people that think they can't cook at all. These people usually find it's not quite as daunting as they feared, and really relax and enjoy themselves.

Peter's Cooking Tips & Tricks

Rule-of-thumb for baking fish is to measure fish at the thickest part and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. for every inch measured. For example, a 1 1/2-inch thick cod steak would bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
