Summer Cooking Series

Are you sitting comfortably? Good. Take a quick five minutes for yourself and then sit back and read our latest newsletter, where we have Summer Cooking Classes at ManChef.

Wanting to eat healthier and having the skills to follow through with that goal are two separate things. Sometimes, it's the cooking part that gets in the way.

Get off on the right foot and begin to gain confidence in the kitchen.

Don't be a kitchen scaredy cat, we at ManChef know how important it is to have a few basic tips. Students will learn how to become a skilled cook! For the man who is left to fend for himself in the kitchen over the summer or students leaving for university, this is the class for you.

Each of the four classes of the series will focus on the culinary preparation of different food categories: poultry, beef lamb and fish. You will also learn how to make complimentary sides dishes and desserts.

Spend 90 minutes preparing and cooking mouth-watering recipes then sit down to share in the celebration of food. Our classes are small and personal so that everyone gets to benefit most out of their time at the class.

"My wife really enjoyed the dinner. Sadly I enjoyed it again as a 2nd dinner because I have no self-control when it comes to food... and happily I enjoyed it as a lunch today. Thanks so much, I will be making this on my own next week, I will let you know how it goes."

"Thank you very much for teaching Gabriel the cooking basics, he really enjoyed your class and teaching methods and he learned a great deal as well."

"It was near perfect thanks Peter. I even managed to get the timing spot on. Very interesting mix of flavours. Everyone loved it and there was nothing left. First time I have cooked a whole meal - embarrassing after 66 years - but hey....Thanks so much."

"Had another chicken pot pie when I got home last was great, thanks."

"Also wanted to send you a note regarding my dinner. It really worked out well, and my wife is your biggest fan. I made cedar plank salmon (marinated in sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, and soy sauce), Rösti potatoes, your arugula summer salad and poached pears." |
