Peters way of teaching and cooking is relaxed, informal and fun. The ManChef will encompass simple, lively dishes that you can recreate at home from relaxed suppers for the family to some rather more special dishes that you can use to wow your friends.

Learn the building blocks, tricks and secrets of cookery with Peter.
