Good Morning Chef Peter and Hazel,
Friday was fun and the live hit looked great. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home. Your students were wonderful and. Hazel; you made my day with your warmth and charm.
The food was delicious. Thank you.

Take good care. Have a great day!

Team Building at ManChef
Team Cuisine - Engage, Connect, Explore
At ManChef, we firmly believe in bringing people together through the creative process of hands-on cooking. Cooking together inspires and cultivates a team building experience.
If there's one thing we all have in common, it's that we like to eat. The ManChef Team Cuisine building experience is a fun and effective way to bring diverse team members together and learn to manage various situations through strategic problem-solving methods. Through team building cooking events, teams will work together from initial stages of food preparation to final stage of cooking a multi-course gourmet meal and finally dining together. This achievement, followed by the enjoyment of sharing a fine meal together, is a powerful metaphor to share with your team and to bring back to your work place.

Peter's Cooking Tips and Tricks

Olive Oil. I tend to use Olive Oil in lots of ways that, traditionally, butter would have used, on the grounds that olive oil is probably better for you. It can be used as a dressing for potatoes or vegetables, for example.

Try to get at least two grades of oil- a cheap one used to prevent pasta from sticking, and a much better grade for salad dressings and the like.

Don't be tempted to use olive oil instead of vegetable oil for deep frying, though. Olive oil has a low boiling point - so the food will not cook properly - and tends to burn if heated too much. French Fries just won't cook properly in olive oil!
